A large part of what Fin Boys Fish Butchery does is to champion British fish caught from day boats. We work with some of the countries best suppliers, who share the same values, of quality, sustainability,knowledge and the welfare of the fishing communities. Choose some great shellfish and recommend amazing recipes, or get advice on what's good that day. The shop is open Tues-Sat.

THE DIFFERENCE
The way we handle our fish ensures the best possible results for our customers.Firstly our fish never touches any water or ice, the last time it touched water was when it left the ocean. Small fish are stored on perforated trays and large fish are hung on hooks in our dry-ager... This extends the life of your fish (less wastage, lower food cost), intesifies the flavour profile of the species and offers a real difference in the final cooked product.
DRY AGED FISH
We dry-age some of our fish to simply make the fish more delicious.
